Consignment & Marketplace Use
Estates To Go operates an online consignment marketplace. Sellers submit items for review, and approved listings may be published to the Site.
- Submission of an item does not guarantee approval or sale.
- Listing credits are used to submit items for review and are non-refundable.
- We do not guarantee pricing, timing, buyer interest, or sale outcomes.
- We reserve the right to decline, remove, or modify listings at our discretion.

Estate Analyst Reviews & Surveys
Estate Analyst Reviews and surveys are intended to help assess general estate needs and recommend potential next steps. They do not constitute formal valuations, appraisals, or guarantees of outcome.
Submission of a survey or request does not create a contractual relationship, obligation to perform services, or guarantee of engagement.
Third-Party Services & Partners
Estates To Go may work with or refer users to third-party vendors, affiliates, contractors, platforms, or service providers (“Third Parties”) to support estate settlement, consignment, logistics, payments, or related services.
We do not control and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, pricing, or conduct of any Third Parties.
Your interactions with Third Parties are solely between you and them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estates To Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, delays, errors, omissions, valuation disputes, or sale outcomes.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to Estates To Go in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Estates To Go, its owners, affiliates, partners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
