We use a “floor & ceiling” model, testing buyer behavior, with a reserve on special items. We price to sell, adjusting throughout the sale.
On‑site sale vs auction vs liquidation?
We evaluate based on volume, location, condition, and market—and can combine channels.
Do I need to be present?
No. Plan with us initially, then monitor remotely via Estate View.
